Join the Sea Dogs Coaching Staff
The Turlock Sea Dogs are hiring four seasonal coaches for the 2027 season.
Sea Dogs is a community-based, family-supported recreational swim team and a member of the Mid-Valley Swim League (MVSL), competing against teams from Tracy, Ripon, Manteca, Modesto and Discovery Bay. Our home pool is the Turlock High School Steve Feaver Aquatics Center.
We are looking for coaches who can teach stroke mechanics, build confidence in swimmers of every ability, and make the pool a place kids want to come back to. Prior coaching experience is valuable but not required for our age group positions. Competitive swimming background, teaching ability and reliability matter more.

- Tryouts and pre-season: New swimmer evaluations may be held prior to April 1.

Sea Dogs is not a year-round program and does not require USA Swimming registration. These are seasonal positions.
